Marketing Assistant – Healthcare (Field / Outdoor)

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Support execution of field marketing campaigns and healthcare promotional activities.
• Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and medical centers for marketing initiatives.
• Assist in organizing healthcare events, exhibitions, product launches, and roadshows.
• Distribute marketing materials, samples, and product information in assigned territories.
• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors for smooth campaign execution.
• Maintain updated records of contacts, visits, and event schedules.
• Track and report field marketing performance and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and company policies.

Requirements & Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
• **2–3 years of UAE experience in field/outdoor marketing, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical sector**
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and reporting skills
• Experience in healthcare events, exhibitions, or medical promotions is preferred
• Familiarity with CRM tools or marketing tracking systems
• Strong coordination and time management abilities
