Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and running marketing campaigns (online and offline)
- Manage social media accounts (posting content, responding to comments, tracking engagement)
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences
- Help create marketing materials such as emails, brochures, and ads
- Maintain and update customer databases or CRM systems
- Coordinate with designers, sales teams, or external vendors
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports
Skills Required
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing (social media, email marketing, SEO)
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Organizational and time-management skills
