Responsibilities
- Create and manage social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
- Plan, film, and edit engaging video content and reels
- Design promotional posts, stories, and marketing materials
- Assist in running and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports
- Coordinate photoshoots, influencer collaborations, and promotional activities
- Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent brand presence
- Support marketing initiatives for salon promotions, events, and new launches
Requirements
- Experience in digital marketing and social media management
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and online advertising
- Strong content creation and videography skills
- Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
- Ability to shoot high quality photo and video content using a smartphone and/or camera
- Strong English communication skills
- Creative, organized, and able to work independently
- Previous experience in beauty, wellness, retail, or hospitality marketing is preferred
