Role Description
Part-time remote Marketing Assistant role supporting outreach and engagement efforts for an education and professional development platform.
The role supports market research, marketing communications, online community interactions, inquiry response, and activity tracking.
Responsibilities
- Conduct basic market research and help understand audience needs.
- Assist with creating and distributing marketing messages.
- Support online community interactions and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate with the team on outreach and audience needs.
- Track marketing activity performance.
- Promote events, initiatives, and educational content through relevant digital channels.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills are required.
- Market research, sales and marketing, and sales skills are required for outreach and promotional support.
- Proficiency with digital tools, social media platforms, and basic analytics is required.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and independent working ability are required.
- Prior marketing, online community, or education initiative experience is beneficial.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is beneficial.
