Role Description
The Marketing Assistant will support day-to-day marketing and communication activities in a part-time, remote capacity.
The role supports the studio’s visibility and client experience through marketing, sales-related, and customer-facing activities.
Marketing and Communications
- Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials.
- Support online presence and social media updates.
- Coordinate basic promotional campaigns.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Maintain contact lists and client databases.
- Prepare simple reports on campaign performance.
Client and Sales Support
- Provide responsive communication to prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate with sales-related activities and support lead follow-up.
- Support customer-facing interactions to enhance visibility and client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to conduct market research on clients, competitors, and industry trends.
- Customer service skills for managing inquiries and supporting a positive client experience.
