Role Overview
Join the team as a Sales and Marketing Intern supporting B2B sales in the accounting and business services industry.
The role offers hands-on experience in sales and marketing with potential for full-time employment based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Generate new B2B leads and identify potential clients.
- Call and communicate with prospects through WhatsApp and email.
- Promote accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, and corporate tax services.
- Follow up with leads and schedule client meetings.
- Update and manage leads through the CRM.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Freshers and students are welcome to apply.
- Good English communication skills are required.
- Candidates should be confident and comfortable speaking with clients.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and CRM is required.
- A positive, hardworking, and target-oriented approach is expected.
- A sales, marketing, business, or accounting background is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary is negotiable.
- Pay is listed from AED 1,000 per month.
- Performance-based sales incentives and commission are available for successful conversions.
- The role may lead to full-time employment based on performance.
Working Hours
- Working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.

- Work is in person in Dubai, UAE.
