Responsibilities
- Develop weekly/monthly content plans in line with MOPAR and Stellantis brand’s marketing strategy
- Provide know how transfer and support to General Distributors within the region
- Prepare, survey and execute the marketing communication part of target agreements with GDs
- Implement regional and country specific marketing communication plans and activities
- Develop marketing tools and material to support service and parts sales
- Develop new sales channels and tools for e commerce and digital marketing
- Manage relationships with GD service & parts marketing team and agency partners
- Manage and enhance Stellantis websites and GD webpages in the region
- Support planning and execution of Quarterly Service & Parts Marketing meetings
- Maintain and track budgets for regional and country specific campaigns
Requirements
- University Degree in Business Management/Sales & Marketing (Master’s preferred)
- 5 7 years’ experience in automotive aftersales from automotive manufacturer or tier one supplier preferred
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Language: English & Arabic
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Excellent oral, written, proven communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities Marketing
- Develop weekly/monthly content plans in line with MOPAR and Stellantis brand’s marketing strategy.
- Know how transfer and support to General Distributors within the region.

- Active role in service and parts business to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Maintain and track budgets for regional and country specific campaigns.
- Safeguarding supply and availability of marketing material at GDs.
- Managing and Monitoring PR/PO requests of marketing spending.
- Submit action plan to Head of SPM Marketing before implementation.
- Providing and sharing KPI of performance following company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities Market Research
- Collect, compile and analyze marketing and communication activities of main competitors.
- Create weekly/monthly reports detailing competitor activities and best practices.
Key Responsibilities New Model Launch
- Working closely with inter department and coordinating on New Model Launch marketing activity for aftersales.
- Support each vehicle launch team by project managing the launch process.
- Development of marketing tools & material on time.
- Communication and co ordination with inter department and GDs regarding launch activities.

Technical Skills
