MBLM is looking for a commercially minded Business Development & Marketing Manager to grow the agency, strengthen relationships, and create new opportunities across the UAE. The role involves leading business development planning, managing pipeline, and supporting marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage MBLM’s annual business development plan
- Contribute to new business strategy, including target markets, industries, client profiles, and revenue goals
- Identify prospective clients and relevant opportunities across South Korea/UAE and regional markets
- Manage the new business pipeline, workflows, and reporting
- Qualify opportunities against MBLM’s growth strategy and new business criteria
- Research prospective clients, their industries, challenges, and business priorities
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and decision makers
- Work with discipline leaders and Managing Directors to create tailored credentials, proposals, points of view, and pitch presentations
- Coordinate pitch teams, timelines, deliverables, and internal responsibilities
- Lead presentations, commercial discussions, and fee negotiations
- Support the conversion of opportunities into new client relationships and accounts
- Attend new client kickoffs and ensure smooth transition to client leadership team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, economics, design management, or related field
- 4 to 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in business development, marketing, or growth within a branding, advertising, digital, design, or communications agency
- Experience managing projects, timelines, proposals, and pitch processes
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Experience using HubSpot or a comparable CRM
- Existing experience and professional networks in the UAE are highly desirable
- Preference for candidates currently based in the UAE

Requirements
