- Identify, approach, and establish partnerships with recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers in African countries
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with overseas recruitment agents
- Source and coordinate manpower requirements for UAE clients
- Negotiate commercial terms and service agreements with recruitment partners
- Follow up on candidate sourcing, interviews, documentation, and deployment processes
- Coordinate with internal operations and PRO teams regarding visa and onboarding requirements
- Maintain records of agents, candidates, and recruitment activities
- Conduct market research to identify new sourcing opportunities and recruitment channels
- Prepare periodic reports on recruitment activities and business development progress
- Achieve monthly targets for agent onboarding and manpower sourcing
Requirements
- Experience in business development or recruitment
- Knowledge of African recruitment markets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to achieve monthly targets
