Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective clients in interior fit out, renovation, small construction, and trading sectors using cold outreach, networking, and referrals
- Draft, submit, and negotiate proposals, RFQs, and RFPs; tailor presentations to win projects
- Build and maintain strong connections with clients, architects, contractors, suppliers, and consultants
- Track business opportunities in CRM, deliver regular forecast and pipeline reports
- Monitor industry trends, competitive offerings, and market intelligence to refine sales strategies
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, site visits, and client meetings
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO, PPC, and more
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, and email newsletters
- Monitor and analyse website and social media performance metrics
- Manage daily office operations—filing systems, vendor coordination, purchase orders, invoicing, and office supplies
- Organize and maintain project documentation, contracts, client correspondence, and administrative records
- Prepare management reports detailing sales status, admin metrics, and market updates
Requirements
- 3 years in business development or admin roles within interior fit out, construction, or trading sectors in the UAE
- Understanding of UAE fit out, renovation, general contracting, building materials, or trading dynamics
- Proficient in CRM, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and ERP systems
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
- Excellent verbal and written English; additional languages are a plus
- Degree in Business or related field preferred

- Coordination with Teams: Liaise with project, procurement, finance, and external teams.

- Support Events & Communication: Help manage internal communications, team meetings, and minor marketing activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 3 years in business development or admin roles within interior fit out, construction, or trading sectors in the UAE.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of UAE fit out, renovation, general contracting, building materials, or trading dynamics.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and ERP systems.
- Driving License: Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English; additional languages (Arabic, etc.) are a plus.
- Education: Degree in Business or related field is preferred.
- Other Traits: Strong negotiation, presentation, organizational skills, and multitasking ability.
Compensation
