- Conduct detailed reviews of customer verification documents to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Monitor and analyze transactions and customer activities to identify potential compliance risks or suspicious behaviors
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, including legal, product, and customer support, to implement compliance measures effectively
- Stay updated on evolving regulatory requirements and industry best practices, and communicate changes to relevant teams
- Assist in the development and improvement of compliance policies, procedures, and training materials
- Support audits and inspections by providing necessary documentation and insights into compliance processes
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance understanding of compliance standards and regulatory updates
- Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and report findings to senior management regularly
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in compliance, risk management, or related roles, preferably within the technology or financial services sectors
- Strong understanding of global regulatory standards such as AML, KYC, GDPR, and other relevant compliance frameworks
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with keen attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex compliance issues clearly
- Proficiency in compliance management tools and MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment

Qualifications
