Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Marketing & Advertising Sales Executive role based in Dubai.
- The Marketing & Advertising Sales Executive will identify and prospect potential clients, present advertising and marketing solutions, and close sales to meet revenue targets.
- The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client business needs, and proposing tailored advertising packages across digital and other media channels.
- The person in this role will coordinate with internal marketing, design, and operations teams to ensure timely campaign execution and high client satisfaction.
- Responsibilities also include preparing sales presentations, tracking sales performance, conducting market research, and providing regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in advertising sales, media sales, or marketing related sales, ideally within e commerce, digital retail, or consumer products.
- Strong skills in lead generation, client prospecting, and negotiation, with the ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Ability to develop and present compelling sales proposals and advertising solutions tailored to client objectives.
- Solid understanding of marketing and digital advertising concepts (e.g., online campaigns, social media, performance marketing) and how they drive client ROI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long term, trust based relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, including managing multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
- Comfort working with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic data analysis to track performance and optimize strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (such as Arabic) are an advantage.
- Previous experience in the UAE or GCC markets, especially in e commerce, retail, or digital media, is a plus.
