Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Administrative Assistant, located in Jeddah.
The Administrative Assistant will manage day-to-day operations, provide executive-level support, maintain clerical workflows, and assist in managing social media accounts, preparing promotional materials, and tracking basic marketing performance metrics
Responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, scheduling and coordinating meetings, organizing files, and assisting with administrative projects to facilitate efficient workplace operations.
Additionally, manage and optimize digital marketing channels (social media, email), create and oversee content that aligns with brand identity, and edit and enhance images, graphics, and layouts using design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance, Organization Skills, and ability to manage schedules and tasks
- Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal, and the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Create visually appealing designs for digital and print materials, including social media posts, advertisements, brochures, and presentations.
- Content creation.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels (social media, search engines, email).
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
- Proficiency in office software tools such as Microsoft Office or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Graphic Design or related field preferred.
