Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day communication with clients and maintain strong relationships
  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and project deliverables
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely project completion
  • Support event management, brand activations, and BTL marketing activities
  • Monitor project timelines and reporting as required
  • Monitor and report on competitor activity, pricing and activations when requested
  • Support Account Managers to identify new potential clients through market visits and desktop research
  • Ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in account management or marketing, preferably within a BTL marketing agency
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Knowledge of event management, activations, and BTL marketing strategies
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English
