Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Market Research Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and analysis of research projects.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data, and is passionate about uncovering insights that drive strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and implementing qualitative and quantitative research studies
- Coordinate research projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and trend tracking
- Manage survey distribution, data collection, and respondent engagement
- Clean, organize, and analyze data using research tools and software
- Prepare reports, presentations, and visual summaries of findings
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support research activities
- Maintain research databases and documentation for future reference
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in market research or a similar role
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and research tools (e.g., SPSS, Tableau, or similar is a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Experience with survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey)
- Familiarity with data visualization techniques
- Understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics in the Middle East region
