Compensation Range: This is a commission-only position.

The average full-time fully ramped Market Manager earns $120k-200k+ per year.

There is no cap on earnings.

• An active and unrestricted Texas real estate license and are located in the Greater Houston area
• 3+ years of experience as a licensed real estate agent
• 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring real estate agents
