Role Overview

As a Market Development Representative (MDR), you will be a vital driver of global revenue growth by converting inbound and outbound leads into net-new business, optimizing Go-To-Market (GTM) reporting and operations, and helping support customer renewals across international markets.

This is a mid-level, high-impact fully remote role where you own the full early-stage funnel: converting high-intent leads, managing operational infrastructure across Hubspot and NetSuite, and helping secure customer retention.

New Business Conversion & Lead Qualification

Convert marketing, product, and sales-ready leads into new business opportunities through prompt, targeted outreach (calls, emails, and social engagement).
Build and execute repeatable inbound/outbound sales motions to engage prospective mid-market customers globally.
Research target accounts, qualify or disqualify leads efficiently, and partner with the GTM team to transition sales-ready prospects smoothly.
Communicate technical and business value propositions clearly, articulating how MASV solves heavy file transfer challenges for diverse international clients.

Gtm Reporting & Sales Operations

Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience working within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Systems & Tools: Proven proficiency with HubSpot and NetSuite for sales operations, reporting, and pipeline management.
Languages: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional global languages is highly valued but not strictly required.
Work Style: Proven ability to work autonomously, stay disciplined, and thrive effectively in a fully remote setting.
Core Competencies: High energy, positive attitude, strong operational mindset, and an inner drive to consistently hit conversion and renewal quotas
