The role protects brand integrity, supports channel health, enforces reseller standards, and helps ensure consistent representation of company products across eCommerce and digital marketplaces.
This position serves as the primary internal owner of reseller compliance processes, monitoring, issue resolution, partner communications, documentation, and cross-functional coordination with Sales, Legal, Marketing, Customer Service, and leadership.

This position requires the ability to sit at a computer for extended periods; use hands and fingers for typing, filing, and operating office equipment; communicate clearly in person, by phone, and through electronic communication; occasionally stand, walk, bend, reach, and handle documents or materials; and lift or carry items up to 25 pounds as needed.
Work is generally performed in a professional office environment and may include regular use of computer systems, reseller monitoring tools, marketplace platforms, reporting dashboards, and standard office equipment.
The role requires frequent communication with internal stakeholders and may include interaction with external business partners or authorized resellers.
Occasional visits to operational areas or other company facilities may be required, with appropriate safety guidelines followed when applicable.
