Mark Andy P4 Press Operator

High school diploma or GED.

Minimum 3 years operating narrow-web flexographic presses.

Experience operating a Mark Andy Performance Series press preferred.

Strong understanding of: Plate mounting Anilox selection Ink systems UV curing Color matching Registration Die cutting Lamination

Ability to troubleshoot print quality and mechanical issues independently.

Strong mechanical aptitude.

Ability to read production orders and quality specifications.

Excellent attention to detail.

Experience operating Mark Andy P4, P5, P7, or P9 presses.

Experience printing pressure-sensitive labels.

Experience with UV flexographic printing.

Color management experience.

Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience.

Contribute ideas that improve efficiency, reduce waste, and support continuous improvement.
