You are not only designing or reviewing hulls - you are responsible for making sure they work in the context of the full system.
Experience with unmanned or autonomous marine platforms
Familiarity with additive manufacturing or composite fabrication methods
Defense or military maritime program experience
Knowledge of classification society standards (ABS, DNV, Lloyd’s, etc.)
Experience designing for maintainability in uncrewed environments
This role ensures Marcurius is not dependent on vendor judgment for platform-critical decisions. The right person will protect hull integrity, integration quality, and manufacturability across all vessel classes, preventing design issues that are costly or impossible to fix later in the program.
