The role involves surveying, inspecting, and monitoring marine construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Conduct surveys and inspections for marine construction works, including jetties, quay walls, breakwaters, revetments, berths, and marine bridges
- Perform setting out, as built surveys, and quantity verification for marine construction activities
- Monitor piling works, underwater construction, concrete placement, steel structures, and marine lifting operations
- Verify alignment, levels, dimensions, and tolerances in accordance with approved drawings and specifications
- Prepare daily, weekly, and final survey reports with supporting photographs and documentation
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, QA/QC engineers, consultants, and clients
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, HSE requirements, and contractual obligations
- Assist in planning and monitoring marine construction progress
- Participate in inspections, testing, and project handover activities
- Identify site issues and recommend corrective actions to ensure successful project execution
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Marine Surveyor in marine construction projects
- Proven experience in projects involving piling, quay walls, jetties, breakwaters, marine foundations, and offshore or nearshore construction
- Proficiency in total stations, GPS/GNSS survey equipment, auto levels, and other modern surveying instruments
- AutoCAD knowledge
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and method statements
- Experience preparing survey calculations, as built drawings, and technical reports
- Good command of written and spoken English
- UAE driving licence is preferred

Job Summary

Preferred Experience
- Marine piling and heavy lifting operations.

- Dredging and reclamation projects.
- Marine precast concrete installation.
- Experience working on ADNOC, Abu Dhabi Ports, or similar marine infrastructure projects is an advantage.
