Responsibilities
- Manage day to day operations of DP2 Offshore Support Vessels (AHTS, DSV, PSV, MPSV, etc.)
- Ensure safe, efficient, and cost effective vessel operations in compliance with international and client standards
- Liaise with major offshore clients including Saudi Aramco, Qatar Energy, ADNOC, and other GCC operators
- Manage vessel operational budgets (OPEX) and capital expenditure (CAPEX)
- Lead and oversee newbuild projects from design review through construction, delivery, commissioning, and acceptance
- Coordinate vessel mobilization, demobilization, inspections, audits, and certifications
- Monitor vessel performance, utilization, maintenance planning, and operational KPIs
- Work closely with technical, commercial, crewing, and HSE departments to ensure seamless operations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory authorities
- Support tendering activities by providing operational inputs and vessel capability assessments
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in offshore marine operations
- Proven experience managing DP2 Offshore Support Vessels
- Master Mariner or Chief Engineer Certificate of Competency (preferred)

About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced Marine Operations Manager to lead and oversee our fleet of DP2 Offshore Support Vessels operating across the GCC.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in offshore marine operations, client management, vessel performance, and project execution, with a strong understanding of the regional offshore oil & gas industry.
