- Logistics & Scheduling: Track vessel availability, assign crew, and coordinate arrival or departure times in local waters like Dubai Marina.
- Guest & Client Support: Handle pre-arrival requests, check-in procedures, and special onboard accommodations for VIP charters.
- Documentation: Prepare passenger manifests, port clearance forms, and daily operational logs.
- Maintenance Liaison: Report technical issues or supply needs to the engineering and ground teams
