Duties and Responsibilities
- Follow approved SOPs and schedules to perform cleaning and disinfection of aseptic cleanrooms and non-classified areas, including mopping and wiping ceilings, walls, floors, and equipment, as well as removing waste
- Accurately complete and review all written and electronic documentation in accordance with GMP and GDP requirements, ensuring daily cleaning activities are properly recorded
- Maintain adequate cleaning supplies, tools, and disinfectants, including proper labeling and storage, to support organizational, GMP, and ISO cleanliness standards
- Perform material stocking, transfer, housekeeping, and other support activities for regulated and non-regulated manufacturing areas while maintaining required gowning qualifications and training
- Collaborate with the Manufacturing Cleanroom Manager and technicians to coordinate priorities, escalate issues, follow all safety requirements, and remain flexible to support shift-based production demands and other duties within training and skill level
Knowledge and Qualifications
- High school diploma with 0–3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance speed, accuracy, and quality in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow written procedures and accurately complete documentation in accordance with established requirements
- Working knowledge of regulated environments and quality systems, including ISO 13485 and cGMP, is considered an asset
- Strong communication skills required and computer literacy preferred, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively, including lifting 25–30 lbs and working in a cold room environment
