Role Overview
Improve manufacturing systems and related business processes from product definition through series production.
Act as a bridge between Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT.
Use knowledge of MES/MOM, SAP production integration, quality systems, and shop-floor applications to support production-safe change.
What You'll Do
- Support MES/MOM, quality systems, SAP production interfaces, and shop-floor applications across Woking manufacturing operations.
- Translate business process requirements into system, data, and integration requirements.
- Support controlled change, testing, release readiness, and adoption for production-critical systems.
- Drive improvements in process simplicity, data quality, system adoption, and manufacturing performance.
- Coordinate testing, user validation, change readiness, and adoption activity.
- Support incident and problem investigation and coordinate resolution between operational users and technical teams.
- Maintain process documentation, standard work, training material, and knowledge articles.
- Contribute to planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
