Manufacturing Support

Key Responsibilities

• Support work operations by assisting with job planning, materials support and SAP time verification
• Provide administrative support to our quality assurance process, and quality notifications
• Prepare, organize and manage document packages
• Gather and compile historical data to ensure appropriate knowledge retainment and documentation
• Support and complete quality reporting
• Ensure the proper handling of third-party quality management
• Handle and resolve tier 1 customer warranty claims
• Manage inventory management transactions
• Evaluate and process tier 1 vendor qualifications
• Set up and maintain master data in ERP at a tier 1 level
• Follow AGI’s Code of Business Ethics and related compliance policies
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years' progressive experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize work and multi task
