This role plays a critical part in maintaining 24/7 operational performance, embedding standards, and providing strong leadership, visibility, and decision-making outside of normal day-shift support. The role is full time permanent offering an opportunity to develop leadership capability while supporting site performance and stability.

Consistent delivery of plan while protecting people, quality, and assets.
You will work a 4 on 4 off permanent day shift pattern, beginning work at 0600 and finishing at 1800.
Short Shelf life/high risk / Dairy category experience preferred.
Proven experience of lean/ root cause in complex FMCG organisations
HACCP level 2
Food safety level 3 Desirable:
HACCP Level 3
COSHH qualification
