Manufacturing Quality Analyst

Perform incoming inspection as per Inspection Plans, Drawings, Specifications, and SOPs.

Verify dimensional, visual, functional, and documentation requirements of incoming materials.

Conduct sampling inspection as per approved sampling plans.

Ensure proper identification, traceability, and segregation of non-conforming materials.

Coordinate with Supplier Quality and suppliers for incoming quality issues.

Raise supplier defect reports and track corrective actions.

Support supplier performance monitoring and improvement activities.

Participate in supplier visits, audits, and technical discussions when required.

Identify and document incoming defects through NCR/PDIR systems.

Implement containment actions to prevent defective material usage.

Support root cause analysis and verification of corrective actions.

Ensure timely disposition of rejected and blocked stock materials.

Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and traceability documents.

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, QMS requirements, and inspection procedures.

Support internal, customer, and certification audits.
