Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage engineering projects from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress and driving accountability across stakeholders
- Support and optimize manufacturing and assembly processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency, quality, and cost improvements
- Collaborate directly with global manufacturing sites, particularly in Asia, to support production and process implementation
- Interface with Business Unit leadership, engineering teams, and operations to ensure successful project delivery
- Provide technical support related to stamping, plating, molding, and assembly processes
- Prepare and deliver presentations to internal stakeholders, including leadership updates and project reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment in an engineering role
- Experience with assembly process engineering (strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with interconnect industry processes such as stamping, plating, molding, and assembly (preferred)
- Proven project management experience, including creating and executing project plans
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across global teams
- Ability to travel frequently to Asia to support manufacturing operations
- Fluency in Mandarin is a plus
