Role Overview
This is a fully remote, full-time Manufacturing Program Manager role based in the United Arab Emirates.
The role leads end-to-end manufacturing programs from planning and industrialization through production launch, ramp-up, stabilization and continuous improvement.
The position coordinates Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Operations, Product Development and external partners.
Program Management
- Develop and manage program plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, resources and deliverables.
- Establish governance, responsibilities, reporting structures, decision processes and escalation mechanisms.
- Translate business and product objectives into manufacturing requirements and execution plans.
- Lead program reviews and report milestones, risks, costs, capacity, quality and delivery to senior leadership.
- Maintain risk registers, issue logs, action trackers and decision records.
Manufacturing Readiness and Launch
- Lead programs from design transfer through industrialization, launch, ramp-up and steady-state production.
- Manage readiness activities for products, production lines, facilities, processes and equipment.
