Location
- Euless, Texas Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Starting Salary: $73,000+ per year Status: Full-Time, Exempt
What You'll Do
Lead and supervise daily manufacturing operations.
Coach, mentor, and develop production employees.
Monitor productivity, efficiency, quality, and delivery metrics.
Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and production priorities.
Analyze production data and identify opportunities for improvement.
Troubleshoot manufacturing challenges and implement corrective actions.
Partner with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Leadership teams to achieve operational goals.
Conduct team meetings, communicate expectations, and promote accountability.
Support employee training, onboarding, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, work instructions, and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and production reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using ERP/MRP systems.
