- Oversee Shop Quality Assurance processes to maintain high standards
- Manage stocked materials inventory, particularly welding materials
- Inspect work in progress and finished products according to the Quality Control Plan
- Conduct interviews and facilitate the hiring process for new employees
- Provide training, leadership, assignment of tasks, recognition, and disciplinary actions for employees
- Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety requirements
- Maintain and oversee all equipment used in the manufacturing process
Requirements
- 8 10 years of experience in the Metals Manufacturing Industry
- 5 years of Supervisory/Leadership experience
- Proficiency in welding techniques and knowledge
- ASME Code Knowledge preferred

Position Overview
- Premium Solutions Consultancy is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our client's team as a Manufacturing/Production Manager specializing in Metals.
Responsibilities
