About the Role
Design and implement lean improvements to make assembly processes safer, more efficient, and more sustainable.
Work closely with R&D and support projects from concept through delivery while maintaining quality and compliance.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary is listed as £55,000–£60,000 plus bonus and existing benefits.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Create lean improvements for tools, equipment, and assembly methods.
- Manage projects from concept to handover while tracking efficiency and timelines.
- Validate new tooling and processes before production.
- Lead PUWER assessments, risk analysis, and safety compliance.
- Partner with R&D, training schools, and wider teams.
- Define KPIs, track progress, and monitor budgets and quality targets.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or a related Engineering field.
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing or technical environments.
