Manufacturing Operator

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Manufacturing Operator to join our team and help produce high-quality Test Card consumables used in advanced technical applications.

You will work with specialized industrial and automated machinery in a clean and controlled production environment, assembling components and ensuring each product meets strict quality standards.

This position operates on 1st shift (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday) and requires extended periods of standing in a dry and clean room production environment while following PPE protocols.

• Assemble the components that make up our Test Card consumable with accuracy and consistency.
• Operate industrial and custom automation machinery safely and effectively.
• Follow established production procedures and detailed process work instructions.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet defined quality and performance specifications.
• Maintain accurate production records, logs, and documentation.
• Support daily production operations while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
• Keep work areas, equipment, and machinery clean, organized, and production-ready.
• Assist with monitoring and maintaining product and material inventory levels.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and productive workflow.
