Responsibilities
- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies aligned with organizational objectives and production goals
- Oversee end to end manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production, quality, and cost management
- Lead manufacturing teams, supervisors, engineers, and production personnel to achieve operational targets
- Optimize manufacturing processes, workflows, equipment utilization, and production capacity through continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with engineering, production, quality assurance, maintenance, procurement, logistics, and supply chain teams to support efficient operations
- Monitor manufacturing KPIs, productivity, quality metrics, downtime, waste reduction, and operational performance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Manage manufacturing budgets, workforce planning, resource allocation, inventory utilization, and capital improvement projects
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and operational excellence programs
- Evaluate emerging manufacturing technologies, automation opportunities, and digital transformation initiatives
- Prepare manufacturing reports, performance analyses, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, production management, or related roles
- 3+ years of experience managing manufacturing teams, production facilities, or operational departments preferred
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, quality management systems, supply chain operations, and maintenance management
- Experience with ERP systems, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), industrial automation, production planning software, and manufacturing analytics tools
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, Industry 4.0 technologies, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, financial management, and problem solving skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while coordinating manufacturing operations and cross functional teams

The Role
- We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to oversee manufacturing operations, optimize production processes, and ensure the efficient delivery of high quality products.

- 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, production management, or related roles.
- 3+ years of experience managing manufacturing teams, production facilities, or operational departments preferred.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, quality management systems, supply chain operations, and maintenance management.
- Experience with ERP systems, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), industrial automation, production planning software, and manufacturing analytics tools.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, Industry 4.0 technologies, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, financial management, and problem solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while coordinating manufacturing operations and cross functional teams.
