About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to oversee manufacturing operations, optimize production processes, and lead teams toward operational excellence. The role involves managing KPIs, implementing continuous improvement methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma, and collaborating across functions.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily manufacturing operations, production activities, and workforce performance
- Develop and execute manufacturing strategies aligned with business goals and production targets
- Monitor manufacturing KPIs including productivity, quality, cost, delivery, and efficiency performance
- Optimize manufacturing processes to improve output, reduce waste, and increase operational efficiency
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other methodologies
- Lead, coach, and develop manufacturing teams to achieve performance and operational objectives
- Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, maintenance, procurement, and supply chain teams
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and manufacturing procedures
- Manage production planning, resource allocation, capacity utilization, and operational priorities
- Analyze manufacturing data and prepare performance reports, forecasts, and improvement recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, production management, industrial operations, or related roles
- 2+ years of experience managing manufacturing teams, production facilities, or operational functions preferred
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production systems, quality management, and operational improvement practices
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM, or continuous improvement methodologies
- Familiarity with ERP systems, manufacturing execution systems (MES), and production analytics tools
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities
- Understanding of workplace safety, compliance standards, and manufacturing best practices
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while supporting operational activities
