Manufacturing Engineer

·Planning and executing of projects related to new and pre-existing production lines, improvements, upgrades, layouts and new equipment related to machining or assembly

·Lead multi disciplined teams to ensure successful program launch

·Lead development of process flows, process sheets, FMEA's, and control plans

·Ensure the process is capable of producing parts to print specifications

·Participate in Customer Focus meetings

·Recognize and resolve process related difficulties with current and future projects

·Serve as a coordinating resource for all departments in the daily operations and production processes

·Assist in the preparation of quotations

·Development and implementation of work instructions

·Adhere to TS16949 and applicable customer standards

·Work in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Linamar Standard Facility programs

·Maintain relationships and effective communication with customers, suppliers, contractors, and internal parties
