Builds stable working relationships internally.
Demonstrated ability to document and solve moderate to complex cross-functional challenges using structured problem solving tools
Good written and oral presentation skills
Demonstrates engineering level understanding of electronic components, circuits and systems or mechanical components and systems depending upon education and related experience background.
Reviews/oversees engineering design drawings prior to “Production Release” for product manufacturability and compatibility with “state-of-the-art” manufacturing techniques
Assumes a lead technical role in make/buy evaluations and makes recommendations on “IN-HOUSE” VS. “OUTSIDE VENDOR” manufacturing capabilities.
Supports a wide variety or group of complex equipment, specifying, implementing and enhancing performance.
Provide coaching, mentoring and training to junior employees.
Lean Green Belt certification
>8-years manufacturing engineering experience in high complexity technical projects
>5 years experience leading technical projects in cross-functional strategic initiatives
>3 years in a an engineering leadership or SME role
>3-years of experience in ISO compliance
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
