Manufacturing Engineer

· B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field from an accredited college or university.

· One (1) year of related engineering experience.

· Proficient with computers including MS Office and CAD.

· Experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment.

· Three (3) years of Manufacturing Engineering, Design Engineering or Quality Engineering experience.

· Experience with industrial manufacturing methods such as laser cutting, forming, machining, welding, paint processes, and assembly tooling and practices.

· Experience with lean manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen concepts and goals.

· Experience with Creo and Windchill.

· Experience with application of GD&T.

· Ability to understand engineering drawings and interpret design intent.

· Strong verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills including the ability to teach others.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and decision-making skills.

· Ability to work independently and have a high level of initiative to resolve problems and drive improvements.

· Ability to develop, maintain, and strengthen partnerships and teams both inside and outside of the organization.

· Strong ability to collaborate with and/or lead cross-functional teams.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and meeting timelines.

· Strong hands-on mechanical ability.

· Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Starting Wage: $75K-$90K

This position offers the potential for discretionary bonus compensation up to 10% of base salary.
