As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a vital role in driving the efficiency, quality, and productivity of our manufacturing processes.

In this role you will get to:

• Design and develop manufacturing processes for electrical and metal fabrication equipment, ensuring efficient production flow, adherence to quality standards, and optimization of resources.
• Identify, evaluate, and select appropriate machinery, tools, and equipment for manufacturing processes. Optimize equipment performance, maintenance, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Continuously improve manufacturing processes by implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other improvement methodologies. Identify and eliminate bottlenecks, reduce waste, and streamline operations to enhance efficiency and quality.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety in the manufacturing environment. Identify and mitigate potential hazards and risks.
