We are looking for a permanent full-time Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Barrie, ON. If you’re passionate about innovation, collaboration, and making an impact, this is your opportunity to thrive.
Lead end-to-end engineering projects, including analysis, vendor selection, installation, commissioning, and production readiness
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes, equipment performance, and overall plant efficiency
Collaborate with operations, maintenance, quality, and external partners to execute projects and resolve technical challenges
Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring successful and timely delivery
Support plant layout design, workflow optimization, and ergonomic improvements
Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, and cost performance across manufacturing operations
Act as a change agent, supporting the adoption of new technologies and processes
Post-secondary degree in Engineering (Mechanical or related field)

2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Experience with project coordination or project management
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or similar CAD tools
Understanding of mechanical systems, including hydraulics and pneumatics
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between local sites as needed
Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation or actively working toward certification
