Located in New Richmond, Wisconsin, this campus brings together deep expertise in micro molding, precision tooling, and micro automated assembly to support devices where precision, reliability, and miniaturization truly matter.
Our New Richmond team plays a critical role in helping customers turn complex ideas into scalable, manufacturable solutions for applications such as drug delivery, surgical robotics, diagnostics, and minimally invasive devices.

Production Coordination & Scheduling – 35%
- Support the Production Supervisor with daily production activities across all manufacturing departments to support on-time delivery of precision micro molds and tooling.
- Assist in developing and maintaining production schedules based on customer priorities, machine capacity, labor availability, and project milestones.
- Monitor work order progress and communicate schedule changes to department leaders.
- Support the Production Supervisor by overseeing the flow of work throughout the production process. Coordinated schedules and job priorities between Design Engineering, CNC Programming, EDM, Toolmakers, Inspection, Assembly, and Shipping to maintain efficient operations, minimize delays, and meet production deadlines.
- Identify production constraints and proactively communicate potential schedule risks.
Manufacturing Operations Coordination – 30%
- Ensure work orders, travelers, drawings, inspection documentation, and engineering revisions are accurate and available before production begins.
- Support engineering change implementation while minimizing production disruptions.
- Coordinate outside processing, vendor deliveries, tooling requirements, and purchased components.
- Assist with capacity planning and resource allocation.
Operational Reporting & Communication – 10%
- Prepare production status reports, schedule updates, KPI dashboards, and operational summaries.
- Maintain ERP/MRP system accuracy by updating work order status and production information.
- Facilitate daily production meetings and communicate priorities across departments.
- Track schedule performance, labor utilization, and delivery metrics.
Continuous Improvement – 10%
- Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify workflow improvements that increase production efficiency and reduce lead times.
- Support implementation of standardized operational procedures and visual management systems.
- Assist leadership in developing production metrics and reporting tools.
Administrative Support
- Maintain production schedules, operational records, meeting minutes, and manufacturing documentation.
- Assist with customer status reporting and operational communications.
Compliance
- Follow all company quality standards, ISO procedures, safety policies, and confidentiality requirements.
- Ensure operational documentation complies with customer, regulatory, and company requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary customer designs, mold designs, manufacturing processes, and intellectual property.
Core Qualifications
- Related technical or college degree in manufacturing.
- Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing operations, production coordination, scheduling, or operations support experience in a precision manufacturing environment.
- Experience within precision tooling, mold manufacturing, CNC machining, EDM, medical device, aerospace, or micron-level manufacturing highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, production scheduling, machining processes, and quality systems.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Working knowledge of engineering drawings, manufacturing documentation, and revision control.

Compensation & Benefits
The expected salary range for this position is $75,000 – $90,000 annually.
Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
