Manufacturing Assistant / Machine Operator - Weekend Shift

Responsible for various manufacturing operations, processes & quality checks.

Carefully lift, handle, process & pack parts

Ensure safe workplace and follow all safety rules

Wear all required personal protective equipment

Report all accidents & any safety issues to Supervisor or Safety manager

Follow all SOP’s and quality standards

Ensure 1 st and 2 nd verifications done, verify dimensions, etc., per work order

Inspect completed operations for quality, visual defects, accuracy & quantity

Detect & report defective parts to Supervisor / Lead

Report all required information & report router discrepancies

Work with Supervisor, Lead, mentor to learn Pulverman processes & procedures

Learn various hand or power tool operations

Participate in relevant training activities

Report productivity (setup & run) accurately

Report good material & scrap accurately

Work with Supervision to implement productivity improvements (daily)
