• Manual grinder/flow plotter
• Moog Aircraft Group is looking for an apprentice trained, experience Manual grinder to join the team at our facility based in Wolverhampton . You will be working on Shifts once the training is completed.
• Experienced required:
• Minimum 10 years experience in setting, operating Manual Cylindrical Machines (Preferably S20/RM 2500
• Precision manual cylindrical grinding experience, working to achieve tolerances of 0.00005”
• Desired experience :
• Flow plotting experience -understand fluid dynamics – routing and stimulation , mapping out fluid stream functions and generating hydraulic pressure profile . Evaluate thermal expansion, face-to-face flange tolerances, and geometric constraints
• Experience in ensuring seamless flow distribution by grinding to drawing tolerance.
• Mate grinding experience
• Security Clearance Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance is required and must be maintained for this role.
