Responsibilities
- Perform professional manicure and pedicure treatments including nail shaping, cuticle care, polish application, gel polish, and basic nail art
- Ensure all tools, equipment, and workstations are cleaned, disinfected, and maintained according to health and safety regulations
- Welcome guests warmly, assess their needs, and recommend suitable treatments and retail products
- Deliver excellent customer service to create a relaxing and enjoyable spa experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic treatment area at all times
- Follow Be Relax Spa's service protocols and operational procedures
- Promote and upsell spa services and retail products
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to the Spa Manager when necessary
- Comply with all company policies, airport regulations, and health and safety standards
- Attend training sessions and continuously develop technical and customer service skills
- Support the team with daily operational tasks as required
Requirements
- Certificate or diploma in Manicure/Pedicure or Beauty Therapy
- Previous experience as a Manicurist in a salon, spa, or wellness center preferred
- Knowledge of nail care techniques, sanitation procedures, and industry best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
