3–4 years of overall IT experience, including 3-4 + years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Manhattan Active WM (Cloud) solutions.

Strong experience providing production support in enterprise environments with knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.

Demonstrated proficiency with Oracle SQL, Postman, Manhattan Base Component APIs, and JSON for troubleshooting, data analysis, and integration testing.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience resolving complex warehouse management issues.

Ability to work effectively in a client-facing environment and collaborate across technical and business teams.

Certifications in Manhattan Active WM, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Generative AI technologies.

Experience supporting large-scale warehouse operations and cloud-based WMS environments.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
