Mandarin speaker ForeX Sales Conversion Agent - with Sales Experience

Position

Responsibilities

• Promote the company's Forex and CFD products and services to prospective clients.
• Convert qualified leads into active trading clients through consultative sales techniques.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Maximize client conversion and identify opportunities for future sales.
• Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the client journey.
• Stay current with financial markets, trading products, and industry developments.
• Meet individual sales targets and KPIs while maintaining compliance with company standards.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Mandarin, written and spoken.
• Previous experience in the Forex and CFD industry is mandatory.
• Previous experience in a conversion or retention sales role within Forex or CFD.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Computer literacy with good knowledge of standard office applications.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience with CRM systems and trading platforms.
• Knowledge of global financial markets and online trading products.
