Role Overview

partnership opportunity and not a salaried position
, requiring a commitment to future investment in exchange for equity participation in the company.
Managing Partner And Cto (Mep)
- The role includes strategic, technical, and business leadership responsibilities such as:
- Advising on overall growth strategy, future investments, and expansion plans
- Supporting business development and contributing to project acquisition
- Leading technical strategy and ensuring successful delivery of ongoing projects
- Driving learning, development, and capability building within the team
- Representing the company in client presentations and meetings
- Attending high-level and demanding client discussions
- Engaging with authorities and regulatory bodies in the region
- Overseeing planning, execution, and delivery of projects
Experience
- Minimum 15+ years of MEP design experience, with at least 10 years in Middle East projects preferred
- Proven leadership experience within the MEP design industry
- Strong network across GCC markets, including design firms, developers, and construction ecosystems
- Passion for innovation and advancement of the MEP industry
- Comfortable operating at the intersection of engineering, AI technology, regulation, and industry impact
- Willingness to commit time, expertise, and strategic capital in exchange for long-term equity value creation
- Strong track record in building services design across diverse sectors including high-rise, commercial, residential, retail, educational, industrial, refurbishment, and fit-out projects
- Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager or MEP Lead across multiple projects
- Proven capability in preparing technical and commercial bids, proposals, and participating in pre-bid meetings for project acquisition
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- PMP or other recognized project management certification preferred
- Membership with the Society of Engineers is an advantage
