About the Role
Women of MENA is seeking a Founding Managing Director to establish and lead the Dubai platform recognizing women in leadership. This is a long-term commercial agreement with Vanity Holdings, not a traditional employment role.

Responsibilities
- Establish Women of MENA Dubai as the city's leading platform recognizing women in leadership
- Build relationships with corporations, government entities, executive leaders, and strategic partners
- Grow Women of MENA into a respected institution within Dubai's business community
- Lead and grow a diversified leadership platform including corporate memberships, partnerships, executive spotlights, leadership podcast, awards, events, research, and brand sponsorships

- Women of MENA is a premium editorial and leadership platform dedicated to recognizing the women shaping the future of the Middle East and North Africa.
