Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the overall strategic direction of the organization.
- Own full P&L responsibility and ensure financial performance and profitability.
- Oversee all business units including consulting, operations, and support functions.
- Drive business growth, market expansion, and high-level strategic partnerships.
- Lead executive client relationships with government and C-level stakeholders.
- Ensure delivery excellence across all engagements and portfolios.
- Approve and oversee major strategic decisions, investments, and initiatives.
- Build and lead a strong executive leadership team and organizational structure.
- Represent the firm at national and international forums and strategic events.
- Ensure alignment with Vision 2030 and long-term organizational goals.
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field
- 15-25+ years of experience in consulting, executive leadership, or senior management roles.
- Proven experience in leading large organizations or consulting firms.
- Strong track record of P&L ownership and business growth.
- Extensive experience in strategy, transformation, or advisory services.
- Strong executive presence with experience engaging government and C-level stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and organizational leadership capability.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Candidate must hold Saudi nationality.
